Welcome back indeed! I really do feel bad for the lack of updates around here for the last month, but I honestly wasn't up to the task after some of the things that have been going on. Things have been getting better somewhat lately, allowing me to produce this week's comic update. I am going to try and get back to regular weekly updates again, although it's not written in stone and there are still likely to be times in the upcoming weeks where there may be lapses.
As for the last month, I did originally plan to have it as our regular Pirate-Themed Month (as September 19th was International Talk Like A Pirate Day). Obviously this has been missed completely due to the downtime in productivity here, but I do have plans to complete the work I had planned (and even started). Over the next few weeks I'm going to try working on the pirate story in between all my other projects - art or otherwise - and eventually I shall post the full thing here as 'The Missing Month'. Therafter all the strips contained in this bumper issue shall be re-inserted into the archives in the dates they were originally meant to appear (and neatly clearing up my OCD issues about having them all out of order). This will take some time though, so don't expect anything just yet! But I shall keep you all updated on the progress of it as I go.
